Cables Wake Park

Cables Wake Park sits on Jamison Road in Penrith, about an hour west of Sydney at the foot of the Blue Mountains — inside the Panthers entertainment precinct. Two full-size Sesitec five-tower cables run opposite directions on separate lakes: one clockwise for regular riders, one counter-clockwise for goofy, each roughly 850 metres with space for seven to ten riders at once. Two additional System 2.0 straight-line cables handle first stands and focused trick training. Eighteen UNIT Parktech obstacles spread across both lakes — Quarter Pipe, Alps, Wedge, Outside Kicker, pipe rails, and flat boxes from beginner to pro. A Wibit Aqua Park, accommodation ranging from four-bed rooms to twenty-four-bed dorms, a pro shop, and BBQ courts round out one of Australia's most iconic cable venues. Built in 2011, Cables has hosted international competition stops and remains Western Sydney's go-to spot for year-round riding.
