Bli Bli Wake Park

Bli Bli Wake Park is Australia's biggest cable complex — fifty acres on the Maroochy River at Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast, an hour north of Brisbane. Three lakes hold four cables: two full-size five-tower loops running opposite directions (the Front Lake counter-clockwise with nine carriers, the Back Lake clockwise with five) plus two System 2.0 straight-line cables, one for beginner lessons and one bi-level for advanced progression. Thirty-seven obstacles — rails, kickers, and jumps — scatter across the main lakes for every level. The facility has been running since around 1990 and hosted Australian Wake Park National Championships. It shares the property with an inflatable Aqua Park and a stocked Barra Fishing Park, with a licensed café and bar on the water's edge.
