About Rancho Avándaro in Estado de México C.P.
Rancho Avándaro Club de Esquí is a private country-club cable on an artificial ~7-hectare lake off Carretera San Francisco de los Ranchos km 24 in Valle de Bravo, State of Mexico — not Hotel Avándaro or the town golf course. A Rixen full-size lift with up to seven positions pulls wake, slalom, and trick over ramps and obstacles. Access is membership and club; priced wake clinics also sell to external guests. The lake clubhouse has a terrace, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and a food-and-drink bar. The wider ranch adds golf, tennis and pádel, an equestrian centre, kayak and SUP, an indoor pool, kids’ play, a restaurant-bar, spa, and boutique. The cable hosted Mexican cable nationals in November 2025.
