Mayan Water Complex

Mayan Water Complex is a freshwater cable wake park on inland lagoons beside federal Highway 307 at Playa Paraíso in Quintana Roo, across from the Iberostar strip between Cancún and Playa del Carmen. Two cable tracks run on two lakes — a beginner line with instructors at the start pier and an advanced line — and Lake 02 is listed under maintenance. Passes include a wakeboard, helmet, and lifejacket; riders from age 5 share the campus with a private boat slalom course. The same property has Mayan Water Hotel rooms overlooking the lakes, an à la carte restaurant, an inflatable water-park circuit with slides and a kids’ area, jacuzzi, palapas and sunbeds, a shop, showers, and free parking. The park hosts wakeboard events including the Mayan Wake Open.
