Blue Rock Cable Waterski Resort

Blue Rock puts a five-tower Rixen full-size cable on a deep freshwater quarry lake at Sir Lowry's Pass outside Somerset West — roughly 40–50 km from Cape Town under the Hottentots-Holland mountains. The overhead loop runs about 800 m at roughly 30–32 km/h and can pull up to ten riders at once for wakeboard, kneeboard and waterski. The obstacle course is built around kickers, sliders, rooftops and fun boxes for advanced hits, with hire gear and instructors on site. Restaurant, accommodation and other adventure activities share the same lakeside resort campus.
