WPA Wake Park (Wakeproject Azores) is the cable park on São Miguel — a System 2.0-style lift in the municipality of Ribeira Grande, built to make wakeboarding reachable on the island without depending only on boat sessions. The project grew as a community and visitor spot in the centre of the island, with coaching, rental gear and event days (including the Azores Wake Challenge) set against typical Azorean countryside rather than a mainland resort lake.
