Wakepark Saldus opened in 2022 on the Sātiņi-Sesile quarry west of Saldus — a 180-metre system 2.0 with a kicker and more features for progression, plus instructor support for first laps. SUP, canoe and boat hire sit on the same water. A small shop (coffee, ice cream, beer and wake gear), party and tent pitches turn the quarry into a Kurzeme day-out when you are riding away from the Riga cluster.
