The North Cable Park runs the Rixen cable on Bıçkıdere Pond in Gölkay Park, İzmit — formerly the municipal Gölkay wake venue and still known under that name. A full-size circuit of about 800 m has hosted European and world cable events; a two-tower system sits alongside for training. Wakeboard, waterski, wakeskate and monoski share the line, with coaching for first stands. SUP, canoe and a beach area round out family visits on the pond — an easy cable day from Istanbul toward Kocaeli.
