About Quirino Watersports Complex QWC in Quirino
Quirino Watersports Complex is the provincial cable park on Capitol Hills Road in Cabarroguis — a Rixen full-size on a wake lagoon next to the capitol compound, opened in 2018. Kickers, boxes, and rails sit on the circuit; a smaller lagoon has a beginner winch, not a second two-tower. Hostels, villas, an outdoor café, event halls, and an infinity pool share the 9.5-hectare grounds. Invitational events ran here in 2019 and 2024.
