About Lacul lui Binder in Sibiu
Lacul lui Binder is Sibiu's municipal lakeside wake base — a ~37,000 m² leisure complex on Binder Lake with a 460-metre full-size circuit (Cable 5.0) and a linear System 2.0 for first stands. The same shore hosts international cable events such as the Sibiu Wake Trophy, so the big loop is built for both recreational laps and competition weeks. A wide obstacle set sits on the full-size line for advanced riders, while the 2.0 stays the learning and progression tool. Beyond the cables you get beach and promenade space, a WIBIT floating playground, kayak and SUP, sport fishing, bar and terrace, and coaching through the on-site iWake school — a city lake day that works for riders and families together.
