About the park in Chungcheongnam-do
Cheonan Cable Water Park is a five-mast full-size loop on Munam Reservoir in Anseo-dong, Dongnam-gu — a forested valley just past Baekseok University, about half a kilometre west of the lottery museum. The circular cable pulls several riders at once (wakeboard, wakeskate, kneeboard, waterski) at a steady speed around the lake; if you fall you swim to the floating walk-back decks and walk to the start. Kickers, sliders, boxes and rails sit in the water. A small hire shop, Korean lessons, picnic decks and parking sit on the south-west shore. Historic Spin Cable Park opened here around August 2012. The CWP / CCW operation is still riding in 2026.
