Adrenalin Adventure Park

Adrenalin Adventure Park sits on the shores of Lake Edwin in Northland — a multi-activity destination built by brothers Cody and Klay Rouse that keeps its cable wake park running year-round, even through winter when the inflatable water playground shuts down. A self-built straight-line two-tower cable pulls riders at up to thirty-one kilometres per hour past six changeable obstacles, with one-on-one tuition available for complete beginners and walk-ins welcome during opening hours. Off the water, the park packs in Northland's largest inflatable aqua park, hydro slides salvaged from the former Waiwera Thermal Resort, an airsoft War Zone, flyboarding, and glamping accommodation overlooking the lake. The cable has hosted the New Zealand Cable Wakeboarding Nationals twice — proof that this Northland outpost punches well above its weight.
